Following the agreed procedure, the Convener and Vice Convener
considered requests from 4 Members to Call-in the application. After
careful consideration they decided to follow the Planning Officers
recommendation and the application was not called-in.

21. The Members wished to make comments to the Local Authorities on the following

were delegated with the responsibility of whether or not to submit the comments to the
